If you create an account or continue using GLITCH, you automatically agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

GLITCH is designed for:

GLITCH content is fictional and generated from user prompts and system reconstruction.

Memories generated on GLITCH are not real historical records.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

GLITCH reserves the right to remove content, restrict accounts, suspend users, or permanently ban users without warning.

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining account security

• protecting login credentials

• activity performed under their account

You may not:

• create fake malicious accounts

• impersonate others

• bypass bans or restrictions

Users may choose to keep memories private or broadcast memories publicly to the archive.

Public memories may be visible to other users, public archive feeds, and creator ranking systems.

Private memories remain visible only to the account owner unless required by law or moderation review.

GLITCH may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content at any time.

Moderation actions may include:

Users who violate platform rules may lose access permanently.

You may delete your account at any time.

Deleting your account may permanently remove memories, archive data, interactions, and profile information.

Some moderation or legal records may remain stored where legally required.

GLITCH may also terminate or suspend accounts violating these Terms.

Users retain ownership of original prompts they submit.

By posting public memories, you grant GLITCH a non-exclusive right to display, distribute, feature, and promote content within the platform experience.

GLITCH is provided "as is."

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access

• permanent storage

• error-free generation

• archive preservation

Generated memories are fictional creative outputs.

GLITCH is not responsible for:

• user-generated content

• emotional reactions to fictional content

• data loss

• downtime

• third-party services or integrations

Use the platform at your own risk.

These Terms may change over time.
